Just moved back to the area and tried CosmoNoms because it is so close to home. I had been a bit hesitant to go there because of the name, though (especially in this case) a book should not be judged by it's cover. I was starting to succumb to a cold, so I chose the Ramen. While it is the best ramen I've ever had, I have also never ordered ramen at a restaurant. It was so good that I sent my husband back a few days later for more, since by then, I was too ill to leave the house. During our visit, which was late at night, the bartender was super friendly. The owner was also there and came to talk to us on his way out. While I have never cared for kimchee (insert flashback of childhood with father having a huge vat of kimchee brought over from our Korean neighbor-- always smelled horrible and looked like a science project in our fridge), we were game to try theirs after talking to the owner. Though not a traditional kimchee (due to the way it has to be made as well as the odor it produces), it was fantastic! I will be back to try that again, as well as the bibimbap, as I've never had that. The only thing keeping this review from being a 5-star is price. I wish things were a bit less expensive (signature burger is $15), but given proximity to home and yummy Asian flavors, I will return!!

The food here is really great and the service is wonderful. They have a vast variety of food items from American to Korean and fresh wood fired oven pizzas. This place is conveniently located and there is plenty of parking and the restaurant itself has ample room for big or small groups. They also have live music as well. The food is really fresh and tasty. I recommend the Korean dishes such as the Bulgogi if you've not had it. The Ramen is amazing and well portioned. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

I've been three times now and I felt I had to write a review-- Each time I've gone I've had the same experience, killer food, great service, empty house. The bar food is diverse and interesting and exceptionally well executed--have an unadventurous palate? Gonna get the chicken tenders? Well, they'll be excellent. More adventurous? You won't be disappointed, either. I've had 2 dinners, the pork bulgogi and the cosmonom burger. The bulgogi was great and really scratched an itch, well executed, full flavored, good portion size. The cosmonom burger is a brilliant dish that was on par with those $30 burgers you get at 4-5 star restaurants--every fine point was done well, cooked to order (mine was rare), and just a treat to enjoy. Add to that some crinkle cut fries and they're dipping sauces, well, just ridiculous food. The beer list is excellent (duchess on tap as well as local stuff) as is the bar. My kids eat the pizza and love it--there's something for everyone.

Cool place!! Murals are awesome!! You can sit anywhere... the bar area, main dining area, or patio. The bar area has a corner where you can play old school video games. We found this spot on Yelp while we were in Fort Collins for my boyfriend's work. First thing that caught my eye was "Pizza, Korean...." ??? The bartender was also our server, she's wonderful. The food was served very quickly. We were very happy with the service and food. What I ordered: Jalapeño Poppers: Nice crunchy batter... will not fall apart like poppers we've had at other places. House Salad: Huge portion. I thought it was going to be a side salad but it's meal. The CosmoNom Burger: this one is different. It's a burger with spam, a fried egg, cucumbers, slaw, and thousand island dressing. It was great!! Another thing I liked is that the burgers were made neatly. I know it's petty but I just get annoyed when a burger is made so messy that with every bite, everything falls out. Not this one!! The fries are deliciously crunchy.

This is my first time here and I will definitely make this a frequent place to visit. Excellent beers on tap and the food is equally eclectic and delicious. Who would have thought authentic Korean food in South Fort Collins? Also great burgers and pub food.

First visit and I'm into it. I didn't know what to expect from this place. So it's pub food that also specializes is Korean BBQ, unique for sure. So after looking at the wide array of items on the menu we settled on the bibimbap and Korean BBQ rib eye (bulgogi). The bibimbap is a rice dish served with ground beef, some veggies and hot sauce. It's a pretty large serving. The bulgogi was also good. Tender, marinated meat chunks served with a soy sauce for dipping. I wish the Korean part of the menu was more extensive. There's just not many restaurants serving Korean food in foco and the market is definitely burger and pizza saturated. I'm interested in trying their ramen next.

I have no idea how to explain this place......you just gotta stop by and check it out. Very enjoyable!

So, got a response that the sandwich was only 7.99. I'm willing to take the offense for that because I have no proof for court. I will say that regardless the portabella was WAY too much even at 7 bux to be worth it. My husband greatly enjoyed his burger, but even at 7 my bun of toppings was not worth it. When I offered my husband a taste of mine, he asked why he would want a bite of a topping sandwich. Sorry I didn't give you a stellar review, but it wasn't deserved.

I had a great server, however in all honesty I have had much better bibimbap. Although it was a fairly good sized portion, I do not know why they put lettuce in it and the ground beef tasted very under seasoned.

Nice mix of American deli, pizza, and Asian. Just opened and evolving menu. Nice selection of beers on tap. They are open to suggestions.

I have a new favorite restaurant, and it's right in my back yard which is really cool. We need more options in the southwest part of Fort Collins. CosmoNoms has some of the most UNIQUE and flavorful food that I have tasted since moving to Fort Collins. Right now my favorite is their "Major Mac" pizza. All of their burgers are awesome, too. Keep up the good work, CosmoNoms!

This place is really great. I was hesitant to check it out for some reason but I'm glad I did. The service is fun and friendly and the food was all great. We were there for late night so it was all fried stuff and pizza. The fried dumplings we got were outstanding and the pizza was honestly the best I've had in Fort Collins. We will be coming back. Frequently.

We are travelers who love to eat at local places as we stay or pass thru town. I always look on Yelp for ideas. I am so glad we stopped! Great place! Ate at the bar, great service, the staff was so good! Had a great time! Oh and BTW, the Bulgolgi and the Bibimbap were delicious!

When we first moved to Fort Collins I always wanted to try the italian joint that was the occupants before CosmoNoms. I finally got around to making it but, quickly realized that this was now CosmoNoms and said why not! The food is delicious and I am sure that it dominates what was once in the building. You can tell there was so much love and devotion put into this restaurant to make it into what it is today. The pesto pizza was beyond amazing and the owner is very friendly and has a passion for what he does! A must try!

Really wanted to like this place, fun theme. Obscenely expensive for tiny portions (had a pizza), and we didn't realize the late night menu was very restricted and did not have the Korean dishes I wanted to try. Maybe in the day, with a full menu, this place is worth it but right now I am disappointed I decided to come here.

Great menu variety and love the vibe. This place is a laid back local spot with a diverse menu and great staff. Everyone is very friendly and willing to cater to menu options or preferences. Weekends are always busy and I hope this place has much success in this location.

We have visited CosmoNoms 4 or 5 times now and are in love with the place. The Bulgogi and Bibimbap are our family favorites so far. (The kids were thrilled with the addition of kimchi!) We truly appreciate having an option for authentic Korean food so close to home...it reminds us of our trips to Korea. We will be back...we'll bring our friends...and we hope they are around for a long time!

Had the bulgogi with some fresh spicy kimchee..deloicious. Friendly staff. Will try pizza next time when I'm with the kids!

Finally something different in Fort Collins! After multiple failed concepts in this location, really hoping this one sticks. Had the beef bulgogi and absolutely loved it! Meant to save some for later and next thing I knew my plate was empty. Kids loved the pizza, wife thought the ramen needed a little more flavor but enjoyed it. Great selection of local and import draft beers, everything was fresh and made in house, truly something for everyone.

Awesome bar and restaurant with a unique personality. The beer taps are constantly rotating with amazing craft beers and the infused alcohols are delicious( I recommend the Thai chili bourbon). The service is always great and very friendly and they also have a customer rewards program with the application "five stars" that is really quite generous. On top of all that the food is delicious. I've eaten probably about half the menu at this point and haven't had anything bad. They will even make things that aren't on the menu if you ask nicely (daeji bulgogi burrito to name one you should try). Pizzas are great and they have unique specialty toppings. Overall 5 out 5 stars. You can't go wrong with the Noms.

Went here for the first time, can't say enough good. Ordered takeout at the bar, really nice bartender. He recommended the chicken bulgolbi, so good. My daughter had the Ramen, said it was best Ramen she has had. Nice local friendly atmosphere, highly recommended.

This is a great place to go if you're not quite sure WHAT you feel like eating, because they have EVERYTHING! I got a traditional Korean dish, my husband the bacon and blue cheese burger. They were both delicious. The pleasant server made sure to fill us in on specials, happy hour deals, and all that good stuff that is sometimes forgotten. The space is interesting, there are really great murals throughout by a Colo Springs artist. There is also a cute little bar attached that husband and I will go back to when we are without the wee one. Will most definitely be back! Thumbs up.

Followed the other reviewer Jason and he was right about the Burger, it was great. I will be back sooner than later, there were other items on the menu that looked great. The owner and waiter were very friendly, which will make me come back more often. And the portion size was more than enough. Great place

The big poppa burger was a BIG hit at our table! Great burger and friendly service made for a fun night out. I was pleasantly surprised at our overall experience and I will definitely be back again when I am craving a burger and delicious sweet potato fries. Great BUNZ!

Happy to see a new and deliciously eclectic spot in SW Fort Collins! With a interesting mix of burgers, bar food, pizza and Korean Barbecue, we had to try it out. My husband and I have been there twice, and have so far sampled the Korean BBQ (try the bibimbap!) and the pizza. The barbecue is our of this world and the pizza is also excellent with several intriguing topping combos and a thin-ish chewy crust. Staff are friendly and passionate about the menu. Great beer selection and a well-thought-out wine list.

The menu was much shorter than they advertised online, so choices were more limited than we expected. My son said the pulled pork sandwich was good, but the chicken tenders were better than McNuggets but not by much. The house "wing" chips were mostly undercooked, and the Korean beef bowl was unimpressive. Service was not great, and the standup comedy show was awful. The murals on the wall were fun.

First time in as we love to support local family restaurants. Wednesday night and we were the only ones there, it was after 6pm. Menu was a bit confusing as was the inside of the restaurant. Pizza to Korean and everything in between. My husband ordered Korean and absolutely loved it. I ordered a burger, med rare. It arrived well done. The fries (house made chips) were amazing and came with a bass ass sauce. My son ordered a pizza, advertised as cooked in a stone oven. That might be the case, but you have to know how to make the pizza. It was greasy, way to much cheese to dough ratio. Flavor was okay, but it was just pizza, nothing to special. They do offer specialty pizza, but my tween is a traditionalist when it comes to pizza. Overall, it's okay. Go for the Korean, ignore the unintended mismatch and disconnected decor. Crossing my fingers they will figure out a solid, consistent menu. It is always a sinking feeling to be the only ones in the place.

The spicy bulgogi was as good as it is in Korea. To the previous reviewer complaining about the quality of beef, you obviously have never been to Korea. The price of beef in Korea is about $30 per pound and isn't eaten often there. Fat is also a delicacy in Korea. IE boneless, skinless chicken breast cost around $1 per pound where it is $5 here. The fatty bits add flavor. It's okay there isn't a ton of CULTURE in Fort Collins, and there is a ton of cuisine ignorance here. I hope the owners review these reviews and take in some considerations. Fort Collins has a limited Asian population so I would offer chicken bulgogi on the menu, it may attract more clientele, also help on lower food cost. I agree with Ken. You should offer a larger dinner portion for around $14.99. The portion size is incredibly small, even for Korean standard. The portion I received would be comparable to lunch. If the prices were in the $7.99 - $8.99 price point I would also be a regular. I hope this business thrives as it's great to support locals. Businesses with split identities typically fail.. unfortunately I just don't think there are enough people in Fort Collins with the open-mindedness for a full fledged Korean restaurant, which is truly unfortunate. Long story short; I'll be a regular when the prices drop to around $8-9.

I've tried CosmoNoms twice now and I have to say it's pretty darn good and certainly very unique. My first trip I tried the beef bulgogi which was very tasty, the Mandu that comes with it was amazing (although it definitely didn't remind me of the BBQ I had in Korea). It was a good in the way that American Chinese food is good... but not at all what you'd receive in China. So I wouldn't go in expecting that. What really made the meal great was that I had a sweet tea and fried Okra on the side, and I guarantee you won't get that level of awesome in Korea. The second time I had a burger which was decent, but considering the vast selection of burgers you can get in Fort Collins it was a little unremarkable. If I had one thing I would change about CosmoNoms I would suggest that they trim the menu a little, it's a bit overwhelming and I'm never certain about a place that has that many things on the menu being able to do them all well. But that said, I will certainly return to try the Daeji Bulgogi!

The staff were really nice, however I wasnt impressed with the food. The meat used in the Korean food was REALLY low grade and fatty. They used the same meat from the philly cheese steak for the "sliced korean beef." It tasted really old. I took 2 bites and couldnt find myself to eat anymore. The pizza wasnt great either. Im always about supporting local restaurants and like to see them be successful. I dont foresee this place lasting more than a year. If they use better quality meats it might do better.

Awesome bulgogi, but the portion was small for the price. You should have a lunch special for 7.99. I'd be a regular then.

Great staff. Awesome beer selection. Great burgers and the cheese steak is awesome. Trivia nights on Thursday and now they have a comedy night once a month. Cool place sad to see it empty most of the time.

First Korean food here in FoCoAnd we were pleased. Now if they start making fried chicken were moving in! We tried Dae Gee in Denver and it was greasy and disappointing.
